Found CapitalCascade Appliance Repair through a local Sacramento Google search when I needed Freezer Repair fast. Our freezer was still running, but food was getting soft and there was frost building up in the back. Not a great sign. I booked the visit pretty easily, and the technician showed up on time, called before arriving, and got right to it.
He checked the airflow, temperature, door seal, and a couple of internal parts before explaining what was going on. It turned out to be a problem with the defrost system, and he fixed it that same visit. No dragging it out. He also cleaned up the area and gave a few useful tips on keeping the freezer from overworking, which I appreciated.
